CARD DEVELOPING / TEMPLATES

@@@@@@ I AM NOT NEW ON FREELANCER -- I HAD TO ADD A 2ND ACCOUNT SINCE THIS IS A SECOND CORPORATION @@@@@@ We are looking for a few individuals ... or one incredible designer with time ? We are a website / Audio and Video company. One of our sister companies just opened a new "picture / card printing site" The company "SMC" has been running for over 15 years but have now launched the new internet division. We expect alot of volume and are looking for industry leading talent to stand out in each category. This position will be an ongoing project ... We will be looking for full templates un-flattened and beautiful work and will be needing new material on a monthly basis and sometimes even more. We are asking for someone who can create incredible artistic cards / card templates that will be used in sections such as Save The Date cards, Wedding and other invitations, Holiday Cards such as Valentine and Christmas .... The list of categories go on and is endless ...hoping to use your professional artistic ideas for the design as well as even new categories at certain times. We have found wedding save the date , birthday or event save the date , invitations for weddings or other occasions, birth and other announcements, thank you cards .... as well as some of the main holidays are the big big sellers -- so we will focus on these areas first but will expand in the future .. a list of many examples are on the attachment.. I will give other details once we get started --- but it is for all sizes and types -- Some / most will allow the customer to input their own pictures and text in determined areas that the designer will determine.. Some will be one sided , double sided , tri-fold, even some special envelopes and flyer sizes. 5 x 7 , 4 x 6 , and many other standard for special sizes if needed --- we have been trying to work out the best way to do this --- regarding quality , pay , and most important being part of a true team -- moving ahead into the future --- I would love to find a designer who could take this on -- get paid by the work -- maybe per template/card , or maybe pay per package or designs , or even a weekly or monthly pay scale -- I think with what we need and what will work best for you the designer -- I would imagine pay per item would work the best --- then you could get paid constant as you make designs and packages ... and I hope to develop as a team --- since this will be a huge project that will last for years and years --- week to week --- or at the least month to month ! This is a job that will continue for as long as I can imagine right now --- as you do work and hand it in you will get paid immediately! The other side of it though is we need someone to jump in head first immediately !
