Hi I have read your description and analyzed that you want to make a mobile app for android and iPhone version. The app will have main features like: 1. Live streaming. 2. Social Media Integration. 3. Storing and fetching videos and other information to and from server. 4. Google Map integration with GPS integration for nearest stores. 5. Integration of native apps via event. I can assure you to have a quality of woks for both of your app versions as we work on both the mobile OS. But the budget range given by you is not matching my range. In my suggestion, you come for some better budget range or wait for some time for your app or go with any one version of the app. Because on this portal, you will get numbers of bidders who will be agree at below your cheapest budget but they will think for your money, not for your work.
