I am seeking a designer to complete a brochure for an Apartment Community located in Indianapolis IN. The apartment community is Echo Ridge Apartments and currently has NO brochure. I'd like the brochure to be fun, energetic and make people feel like this would be a community they would like to live in. I will provide some content and some photos, but would rely on designer to come up with the bulk of information to include stock photos and copy. The finished product would be an InDesign file along with a pdf and not that I want it too big, but it would be nice if paperwork could somehow fit in the brochure, even if folded, such as 8.5 x 11 pages that include pricing, etc. Note: we typically don't put anything in the brochure that would change often, such as pricing, etc. I would like to print the brochure, but also have a digital copy that could be uploaded to a website, etc. You can learn a bit more about Echo Ridge here [login to view URL] If you do a good job on this one, I have 11 others that need completed and could utilize the same template.

I would be more than happy to take on your Apartment Complex Brochure. I actually have experience in designing such pieces. I use to design printed materials for "Amli" Residential Apartments, nationwide. Feel free to view my online portfolio. It's been a little bit since I've been on freelancer but they've added a new "milestone" input field.
