Clean 40 pages of Arabic Alphabet letters from scanned image - repost

In the link below is a scanned PDF of a 60 page book of Arabic letters, words and sentences. I only require the first 40 pages. Each letter needs to be cleaned up to have more contemporary design look. I am recreating the book and want to give it a web 2.0 look. 1) Clean and optimize each letter, word or sentence. 2) Put each in a new box (see attached png file) 3) Create a grayscale version of each one 4) Create a new background for all the new pages with contemporary colour 5) Provide each image box (letter, word or sentence) in as a single file marked as letter 1,2,3,4,5,etc and put in a folder marked page 1,2,3, etc. The images will be used for an app that will allow user to touch the grayscale version and it turns to the colour version. The entirety will be reconstructed as a page/book so best to recreated as a single page and then provided the slices. Attached is an example of the icon styling. [login to view URL]
