I need a jersey designed in support of a little boy with Leukemia for a select/all-star baseball team. The name of our baseball team is the Crush, so I want "Crush Leukemia" on the jersey, as well as the orange Leukemia ribbon on each sleeve. I would like for the jersey to say on the front "Team (childs name)". Jersey color should be white with gold or yellow and black. I would like these to be able to be printed on a moisture wicking fabric like Lycra. I should be able to have each childs last name on the back of each jersey, as well as individual numbers. I will provide you with the name of the child to be honored upon hiring, as well as each childs number and jersey number if needed.
