Design and code a database driven chart website

We need a nice, modern looking website showing the German eBook charts under our domain ebook-topcharts.de. The design should be similar to the music charts from MTV or Viva-TV. It should show eBook charts for Amazon, iTunes, Google, Thalia (separate stores) with data for today, yesterday, last week and a cumulated list calculated by the store's market share and an eBook's position in the different stores. There should be space for advertisement and a news area showing articles from our other existing Wordpress sites.
The data for the site is already in our MySQL database (or coming soon), except for the eBook covers and descriptions that must be pulled from Amazon via their API. If a user clicks on a book, he's taken to the different stores (with their affiliate program). The site should preferably be based on Wordpress so that we can edit content for it easily.
