I need a designer to design a simple 3-4 pages web site. Once the design is finished it needs to be converted into HTML and put up on the web.
I am not sure if I need to use any CMS as the web site is pretty simple, this is something that web designer should recommend.
The tasks are:
- Create a logo
- Design web site
- Slice design and create working web site
Designer needs to be able to start immediately and finish in 2-3 days.
Specification is attached to the project, please do not bid without reading it first.
