Create a Php form to send sms

then click on search

when you click on search a popup come out and ask for you details

i want to force visitor to fill mobile number and other details in popup

(every single field of form is required and have tooltip if not filled like "please fill email address")

when user fill info and click on Search Now

then two things happen

1. an email send to admin about search query like {a user search for event type ="event type " event location, price and all other option in search form}

2. a sms send to costumer for thanks for searching your venue near {city} we will back you soon (maybe we can add other fields of searching query in sms)

nothing else,, every java and css work is complete, you only need to make a form.

do not make redirect type of form, i want to do all actions in popup only, coz if page redirect then search query will not work.
