Create a responsive website/engine that allow users to create their own database of websites. The user should be able to add websites and classify them into different groups and rate them (different kinds of rates). The engine will create ranks that the user will be able to share. I guess that that an engine like this one should already exist (kind of private music/film database). The user will paste the link of the website and then he will be able to add additional content like pictures and text that he will be able to link to the profile of the website. -
