Completion of Website Redesign and PayPal Advanced Integration

I need someone to finish a job another developer could not finish. It is unclear whether the previous developer didn't have the skills to do the job or simply didn't understand the scope of the job and wasn't willing to put in the time to finish it. In any event, the developer just informed me he was unable to continue. The previous developer redesigned [login to view URL] as [login to view URL] using my current CMS. You will notice that the design is responsive and displays on computer screens, tablets and phones. According to the previous developer, the following has been completed: • The general design is complete and in the CMS. • An option on each page had been created to remove the quick links on left hand side (the way I designed it will make it pretty easy to add the other sidebar you wanted later on) • A new page has been created with another area of content (Simple Page w/ Content Below - basically content beneath the sidebar) According to the previous developer, the following remains to be completed: 1) The product ordering forms must be configured to display and work in the new design (according to the previous developer, once someone has done one form they have done them all). Notes: These new forms should be displayed on a page without the left-hand side Quick Links. Also, the "Create New Form" feature of the CMS must also work in the new design, with the option to create them with or without the left-hand side Quick Links. 2) The interior pages must be configured to display properly (according to the previous developer, this should be simple page design - it's just text for the most part). Note: the WYSIWYG editor must be configured to work properly within the new design. 3) Rework the current WYSIWYG editor to accommodate responsively designed pages (or replacing it with one that does). 4) The current site uses pop-up boxes in numerous places to display additional information to the buyer. Attached is a screen shot of the location of one of these pop-up boxes. Since pop-up boxes are old fashioned, I need a more modern option (look and feel) to display this information. I assume this is a more modern javascript, but you will let me know. 5) The initial LLCs, Corporations and Partnerships pages that inform the User of his ordering options (Economy, Standard or Premium (Rush) Package) must be redesigned. I have attached the mockup of the new design. 6) This site includes a "Find an Attorney" search feature as follows: a) By clicking on "Find an Attorney" the User is presented with a page where the User selects whether he wants to find a Bankruptcy, Divorce or DUI attorney. See attached design example you will make. b) Once the User selects the type of attorney, the User is presented with the search forms shown on [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or DUIoncall.com. These search forms from these sites must be seamlessly displayed on [login to view URL] for the User. No backend integration is necessary and all sites are on the same server. Furthermore, PayPal must be integrated with my current shopping cart. • PayPal Advanced integration (according to the previous developer, this isn't complex). • Note: the checkout flow must use my current shopping cart followed by a page where the User creates his account (which can be used to login later) followed by a seamless PayPal Advanced integration. You will probably have to reconfigure the page where the User creates his account as this was designed for use with a different credit card processing system, all of which is on the same page. • Note: the checkout is also configured to send the buyer as well as myself on email of each order. This must be maintained. Deadline: 1 week Once the above project is finished, there is an unending supply of future projects. I need someone who can continue to add to the site in a cost effective manner.
