I would like to be able to upload questions and their sample answers into a question bank. Students can choose the number of questions they would like to attempt, they start and their response is timed, when they are finished it presents the sample answer. Are there any platforms for building this or will it need to be build from scratch? Using what? What would potentially host it? For this requirement I would simply like to know if something already exists that could give me this functionality. And if not, advice on what I could use to develop it?

It select questions randomly and start time counter with it. after that time i will not collect answers and submit the result. I will suggest to make it from scratch.
