I need a very simple custom Mobile App built quickly for signing up users at an event, for email address & other optional user entries.
App must simple and compatible across various devices (Android, iOS, etc)
On submitting info I want users redirected to a simple page with an embedded video - again this should be compatible across devices, and easily playable (large 'play' icon)
Submitted entries should be stored in a secure database and saved in a .CSV or similar easily usable document.
- an automatic email confirmation sent to the address would be a plus.
- Most cost effective / free management of emails also a plus.
