The foundation of the site and associated backbone information database has been already created (refer to URL link above). The milestone list below is part of the project scope for this freelance listing. The work highlighted below is meant to complement the existing site and associated database elements. Milestone list: 1. Design and functionality of user interface dashboard: a. Please watch a sample video of the format for the input form – attached in the project documents. Customer facing dashboard: a. input dimensions for the space: length & height b. room shape selection - from a list of available templates c. color selection for before and after - colors would be selected from a color palette d. type of finish - drop down: painting, wallpaper, venetian plaster e. trim selection - floor/crown molding yes/no check f. surface condition dropdown - good, poor, needs major repairs g. count of holes/cracks on the surface - increments of h. date by when the project is be completed – calendar prompt After all inputs are entered, the project is submitted to the MySql database. i. Browse your projects to see bidding activity - Summary of projects ii. Displays details about the project: commentary iii. Customer accepts the offer from a painter – painter is notified of having been selected for the project and receives an email with customer contact information. Also a PDF template is sent with the project details (see milestone item 2) iv. Ability to rate the painter after completion of the project using various criteria: commentary and rating system scale 1-5. Rating uploaded into MySql database Painter facing dashboard: a. Search for projects by various search criteria (price, location, painting type, days to complete the project (project size)) b. Submit an offer for a project – customer will receive the bid offer on their end 2. Project summary printout a. Ability to print out summary of project details to bid winner/project owner – simple summary of key project details: areas to be printed, labor needed, price awarded for the project, section for any modifications to the project after painter visits the customer, agreement between customer and painter to be signed after painter visit b.
