Build a Website

We are an advertising network that manages publishers and advertisers accounts and require the design and development of our sites front end look, that will link up to a backend white label CMS solution which runs the accounts. The backend of the site has been fully done so its just the main pages and look that needs designed and developed into a full working and functioning site. We need logo design and main pages created. I have attached a file to show you a very basic layout for the site which should be followed to give you an idea of how the layout will look as well as the text that needs added to the site. We will also require a high quality appealing graphic banner for the home page, more details are in the attached files. There are no special functions or features required we just need a great looking static site that looks professional from the first look.
