I require a simple clean modern website that lets a user share files.
v1 Proof of concept requires:
Front page - launch page that will let me explain the site
Login
File Management - really easy drag drop and file manipulation, ie can delete upload, create folder, select folder, select file, right click. Within that page I want the user to be able to select and deselect files to share. Then they can hit a share button -
This then generates a webpage with links to the files (and hopefully pretty icons ie pdf or thumbnail of picture).
This page has to be able to be customised by the user (A template for their share pages)- Logo upload, maybe xml and html (please advise), background color picker while the files are centre of the page in a white space.
Admin control panel to manage users and how much space can be used.
I'd like to get a proof of concept going, this is all I require for now.
I am rather new to this, if I am asking too much let me know.
Future plans to keep in mind for now:
Share link expiry, file security, Share link custom message, different membership types (with prices), sign up page.
Warning messages when removing a shared file, additional share templates. email alerts for downloads.

While I am interested in the project and I am confident that I can handle phase 1 of the project (as well as phase 2, but that needs to be further discussed and is not part of this bid), I would want to point out the following:
1. Do you have a VPS for the website or a hosting package that will give you a lot of hosting space ? Considering you want a file manager application, you should expect that hosting space will always be required.
2. What type of files do you want to allow people to upload on the website ? Generally it is not a good idea to allow for exe, bat etc. type of files to be uploaded directly on your server. I would advise on letting people upload all type of images, videos and archives (zip, rar), as the security for those can be checked.
3. Drag and Drop for file upload and management is only supported in the latest browsers on the market.
