Pages will be designed to display well on all major browsers at all common monitor resolutions. Usability – Simplicity, cleanness of visual design and ease of operation for the end-user will be high-priority consideration at each stage of the design process. Testing – Website will be tested for compatibility with all common operating systems, browsers and standard monitor resolutions. Images – I will supply all images as desired and appropriate. Professional stock images may be used at my approval and any of these costs I will cover. Mobile App – website will be created knowing a future mobile app will be necessary. Web Hosting – consult on best host for website. Domain Name – consult on best practices for purchasing and securing domain name. Search Engine – basic search engine optimization. Availablility – be available to disucss website on a regular bases, obvioulsy by appointment. OUTCOME I am looking to have a completely functional working website that can be used locally before a national launch. We will need to create feedback surveys for customers/vendors to help optimize the website over the course of 6 months to a year. Then we make updates to the website as needed. Ultimately, if the website/company takes off I would like to have the developer be a full-time employee.

I have a few questions that I would like to discuss with you before I can work on a proposal plus fair assessments for the cost and time frame required to develop the website. Please find my notes below: i) What products you would be selling on the website? ii) CMS - Any preference for the CMS? I would suggest Magento or Prestashop. iii) Can you give details of the 13 steps? iv) For the payment transactions; what payment gateway you want to integrate in the website? v) For shipping; what shipping method you would like to use? vi) I assume the language of the website would be English only.
