Hi, Here is my plan for this project: 1. Build a portal for admin to upload tickets with login functionality. 2. User will have their account to login and upload tickets, later sent to admin via email having attachment of PDF with all submitted or uploaded tickets. 3. Admin also have a task list sort of list to manage posted tickets. 4. User will pay for ticket via paypal. For paypal I would need your paypal account to be integrated with system. 5. I will provide modern standard design with bootstrap, css3 and HTML5 framework. Regads, Sohail
