Build a Website for a Directory

I need a website for a bakery and cafe directory. The website will be professional but quirky. There will be listings of cafés and bakeries from various cities with user ratings. I want the website to be clean and user friendly.
Ideally, it should look like each bakery and café has their own website within the Grumpy Dough website. Each bakery should have its own image as a stationary image background.

Some characteristics I want in the website:
- Geolocator
- Social Media
- Rating system where people can log in and create profiles to submit ratings and comments (Should include their name, city, and age)
I have purchased the Directory Portal theme on wordpress. All that is needed is to customize the theme from the back end. Do not complicate the backend as I need to be using it with ease when the website is completed. I will also need a full tutorial.
I need to be able to easily upload new listings. There should be a format for the listings so that every one has the same appearance. This also makes it easy to upload new ones as the directory grows. The listings should have a format that includes all of the following:
- Bakery name
- Description
- Funny Dough (short funny comment or story)
- Rating
- Locations
- Website
- Opening Hours (listed by day)
- Wi-Fi (Yes/No)
- Power Outlets (Yes/No)
- Catering (Yes/No)
- Dairy-free options on the menu (Yes/No)
- Gluten-free options on the menu (Yes/No)
- Egg-free options on the menu (Yes/No)
- Peanut-free options on the menu (Yes/No)
- Nut-free options on the menu (Yes/No)
- Skinny options on the menu (Yes/No)
The last 6 items listed here will be made into symbols that will represent each menu option.
The revolution slider for the homepage will have to be created and the details for that will be given to you once the project is awarded. I already have a domain and hosting.
