Project Description: I need a Google Adsense account with website that can generate about $50-$100 per month. I don't have any restrictions about the niche as long as it doesn't violate Google Adsense Terms & Rules. I do have the Adsense account and I can purchase domain and hosting. Custom design is not required. Tasks: 1- Build a static web site NOT using WordPress. 2- Create SEO content of the site. 3- Proof reading. 4- White Hat SEO marketing. 5- The achieved earnings rate should be constant for at least one year, and you should show me how to keep that and to increase it on farther stages. Terms: 1- Milestone payments only no advanced payments. 2- Final payment will be made once earning is reached as mention level. 3- All website files will be transfered to myself once complete. Please don't bid if you are not serious. You should be able to achieve my requirements, tasks and having positive previous feedback for projects similar to mine. By bidding you have also accepted my terms.
