I need a simple website for my content writing business.

I need a clean and excellent design that is attractive to the reader. It MUST be mobile and search engine friendly (optimized URLs, fast load speed,etc).
The Get Content page will have some content and then a place where clients can choose what kind of writer will work on their content.
We will have 3 star, 4 star and 5 star writers. The price for the content will increase from 3 star upwards with content written by 5 star writers being most expensive.
After choosing the type of writer the client will then fill the order details and then be directed to the PayPal payment page after clicking the Place Order button.
Once the payment is made the client will see a success page with this message; 'You have successfully placed an order. We will get in touch with you shortly to confirm that we are working on your order'.
Use blue a little purple and a little green on the website.
Make the 'Call to Action' buttons green.
The site should have a predominantly white background.
Add social sharing icons especially in the blog section so we can share the blog posts on social media.
I need this done this week so only bid if you can do an excellent job fast.
Before I choose your bid I need to see one or two mock ups from you to get an idea of how will design the website.
In addition, I also need a mock up of the Get Content page to be sure what you have done is what we would like to have.
We need a page that is well designed and easy to understand.
The successful bidder should also upload the website to our Hostgator shared hosting server and ensure it is working well.
In addition, you should be available to offer support for at least 30 days in case we face challenges with the website.
