BuddyPress Projects -- 2

I have 2 projects which i Need to close quickly. The first is a kind of linked in, where people can connect, show profiles, portfolio and basic things that you would typically see on linked in. if interested, show previous buddypress work with urls The second project I want a web portal for professionals in a particular field e.g. events, where they can advertise their services by categories. Thus a new user can come to the portal and search based on categories. there will be B2B users and B2C Users. B2B users will have a profile where they can advertise, showcase their profiles and leave contact details, for a fee they can rank higher in the advert or showcase listing, advertise on prime spots, and do a little more. Duration/location of adverts will be based on amount paid, B2C customers can come in for free, browse through the profiles of B2B customers, even have a peek into their portfolio and get prime contacts for inquiry, rather than just a generic customer care line. It is intended that this be built on Wordpress/BuddyPress, for ease of usage. The portal must be easy to use, very friendly, and have adequate separation of roles for security purposes.
