Digitize Club patch

Club patch to be digitized as original is missing - have a 2,400 dpi scan of the current patch.
Need to be high quality patch so can be used for things as small as making a Beer cooler right up to a full cover for the rear of a jacket.
Want to be able to use the digital version (s) for anything from sewing machines (embroidery), flags, t-shirts (Screen print) and the creating of new patches (both small - front breast pocket and large - full back cover)
The patch is NOT TO BE KEPT by the person doing the work, and all copy's must be destroyed upon completion of task.
