Creating a Facebook Timeline and main photo

I need someone to design a real life looking image of a women thats over weight. She will start off being over weight, then you will need to show the person kicking and punching a heavy bag, each time they punch the bag show them losing weight. At the end of punching the heavy bag she will be fit and with abs. Each time the person hits the bag have it be a different move like; jab, crossover, upper cut, front kick and round house. At the end i would like the timeline image to some how interact with the profile image. Maybe knocking the bag down or something, your the artist you can come up with something that will look good.
