Corporate Identify – Logo and Stationery Layouts

We are a start-up software-as-a-service company, providing complex decision support solutions to the everyday business executive and individual. We need a professional logo developed which we can use both on the website as well as print media. We already have a logo concept in mind and will share that and the background information with the chosen designer. We need a colour logo, but also a logo that works well in transparent colours, as well as in Black and White and Greyscale. NOTE: professional design only - no clip arts etc. We would need the following: 1. Initially Six Different logo variations to choose from, to be delivered within 5 days. 2. Unlimited alterations to the design during development phase 3. Prompt support and communication, and advice in how the logo can be used as part of the sales and marketing process (both online and offline) 4. Full ownership rights of logo upon completion 5. Final files to be in various formats and sizes, including, but not limited to: 300 DPI JPEG, GIF, PNG, PSD, PDF, BMP and .AI (fully scalable). 6. Original Art Work will be delivered in agreed form, before final payment is released. 7. Generic A3 / A4 / A5 brochure layouts, using the logo 8. Template letter heads (*4) (for various corresondence (eg. marketing, sales, invoices, pricing info) 9. Template folder layouts (e.g. 4 and 8 pages) 10. Template business cards layouts. Once this project has been completed, we may require flash type animations, which can be used to demonstrate how the online service works and the benefits it delivers. If this job has been done to the highest standards and price, you may be given preference for that work. If you can provide sample work as part of your bid that would be useful.
