We are an independant real estate brokerage and would like to update our appearance and brand. We would like to keep our current logo but need to freshen it up along with our colours and image. Looking for at least six new looks to pick from and our website can be used as a reference for our current logo www.canadagroup.ca. Also, we require a new design for our For Sale and Open house signs. The for sale signs should be approximately 32inches by 30-32inches. The signs need to contain our logo, agent name, office telephone and website. The open house signs should be approximately 18inches by 24inches. The signs require an arrow, office logo, office telephone number and a blank space to write in the address of the open house.

Hi I have been self-employed graphic designer for more than 13 years and I'm sure that I can supply you a logo which you will be very pleased with. I would propose to supply around 10 version based upon any brief you may supply and allow as many revision as is necessary until you are entirely happy. I would then supply the log in multiple formats. For the sign I would again supply a few options which could then be revised until you are satisfied with the result.
