Brochure Design for Non-Profit

We are a non-profit organization in Boston that cares for one of the major city parks. We are looking to have a brochure designed for us that will educate potential donors about our organization and entice them to give money. We want something that is very visually appealing (we are a park and we have a lot of great photos) and we would love someone help us to develop a look that we can transfer to other materials. We are thinking of something along the lines of a gatefold brochure with additional one page sheets that we can insert in to customize based on who we are meeting with. We can develop the copy but would like someone who can advise us on how to best lay it out to tell the most effective story. Our outline will be as follows: • Importance of Public Parks/Greenspace • Importance of the park to the Boston Community • Brief, relevant history of the park • Formation of our organization • Our work in the past 12 years • Our vision to create a world class park • Reasons to donate Possible Insert • Project description • Project benefit – • Endorsements – • Giving opportunities and forms of giving and donor recognition
