Hi. I worked for a printing broker and graphics house for 13 years and we had everything printed that can be named. From pens to huge canvasses. In particular I've done over 300 real estate cards. We worked with our clients to try to get them stuff they need at realistic prices.
As I read your description and look at your sample I have to say that I don't think your card can be produced.
You've got a clear plastic card that is partly covered in ink and partly in foil. The black crosshatch area will have to be ink. The foil won't stick to the ink so they have to "knockout" the ink where you want the foil and registration will be almost impossible. You'll see little clear areas around the foil or the foil will flake off the ink. Not saying it can't be done..., but you'd better stick to 7 pt or bigger text.
Then you want what you call 'UV' ink (photoluminescent ink) over just the solid black area similar to 'Spot UV', so that's clear photoluminescent ink. Otherwise I don't understand how black can 'pop'. Yellow can 'pop', pink can 'pop'. Black? Hmmm, then too neither the full color nor the Spot UV can run under the foil so that's 2 knockouts that must align perfectly.
If you can find someone to run that you've got the die charge for the foil ($~40-$75), an extra plate and wash for the funny ink, (~$80), plastic stock + full color?
Can you send me one when you get them? They should only cost a buck each...
