Design a Home Delivery menu

We are a Japanese Restaurant and want to have home delivery menu designed.
We have around 200 items on our menu.
The menu shall show some pictures of our best selling items and the code of this item in the pictures and in text form all items listed. (similar like the one menu which is attached to this listing.
The text listing shall contain:
"code of item"
+ "item description in 2 languages (1 language latin Japanese and 1 language English)"
+ "price".
The front page shall show our logo and in red color a funny motorbike with box indicating the home delivery service.
The format shall be in A5.
Best is to have the whole menu on 4 A5 pages so minus 1 cover page 3 A5 pages in total for all items.

The home delivery menu consists of Lunch, Dinner and Drinks+Desserts
First stage is to submit concept design.
Once awarded full menu with printable files needs to provide within 3 days after project awarded.
