I have created templates for books and newsletters, so I will be able to create one for you. However, there are a number of questions. How many pages will your newsletter be? If it is to be long, then I would suggest using another program, as MSWord is not the best. You really should use a DTP program. It would give you the stability you require and the fine control you really want to have. If you are creating a short newsletter, CorelDraw or InDesign might be the best to use. If longer, Framemaker would be a good choice. However, using MSWord can produce what you want, and I can create a template for you. There are a number of questions which immediately come to mind. How big is this newsletter? Is this indexed? Do you create a table of contents for each issue? Do you have a TOC for the whole year (assuming you publish each month for instance)? What sort of design do you want (as I can produce a template to your specifications)? Do you want colour? What typefaces do you want to use? I look forward to a more specific brief.
