* I would like to create a map showing the location of every Veterinary practice and dog groomer (including mobile dog groomers) in Australia. * I want to be able to click on the site and have details of the business come up (name, address, phone, website). * I would also like to be able to zoom in and out to see where the greatest concentrations of these businesses are. * I would prefer that it displays in Google Maps, as opposed to Google Earth. * I would like the map to be easily updateable (once every 3-6 months), and for the map to then display openings and closures.

Hi, I have been developing websites since 2008. I also have experience in geocoding addresses to display them on a google map. I have completed some projects here on freelancer.com, I suggest you read my reviews. Your brief doesn't say if you already have a website and want to add that feature or if you don't have a website at all. Either way do you have some preferences in terms of technology? How many veterinarians do you have in your database? Would you want to allow them to register themselves on the site in the future? Besides the map itself do you have a design in mind? Hi, I have 7+ years of experience in java/j2ee and related technologies. I am working on map application for US county court and agency (police officer) to view warrants and address on google map. Technologies used for this project are GWT, Google MAP, JSF and Hibernate. I have successfully completed other web applications and desktop applications in J2EE and GWT.
