I want someone who can help me in creating some codes which can forward email through specific thread. Suppose A send me an email with title tA, then program will search tA titled another mail , if that tA title another mail is unique of another people B, then program will send the mail content to people B through the same thread titled tA. I can give you much time to do work, but I want a quality work.

Hello, This is a very simple task, but let me please get more info about your requirements I understood that if person A sends you an email "1" with title "X" then you want to search for all emails with title "X" sent by other persons emails "2,3..." then you need to forward email1 to te senders of emails "2,3...." right?
