I have written up two manuals in word format. One is HR Policy and Procedures - 89 pages, and the other is a HR Operating Guide - 130 pages. I would like to self publish the books under LULU using their format which would require some design of the pages, editing of content as well as writing an introduction to the manual to start off. I would also require a design for the cover - 4 pages ( 2 pages back to back with LULU theme). Lastly, I would require the person to liaise with LULU for me to self-publish the book and liaise with Amazon as well to list the e-book on their site.
