we want a high quality game. Game concept is being able to remember distractions as player is driving through a street. The street scenes must be changeable i.e, player can choose London scene, Paris scene etc. application must have lots of random distractions that pop up ( could be children crossing the street, car overtaking, oncoming vehicle etc etc. question pops up after each distraction and the player has to answer to continue game).
Marks are awarded for answer and the scores can be synched to a global leader board
They must be able to play in online and offline modes. when played in offline once there is connectivity scores can be synched.
This is the broad concept. important factors are quality of graphics, real life action, and multiple platform support (MAC,WINDOWS, ipad, iphone, android, blackberry) and experience with unity3d
