Create AdWords Banners :: Flash

Require the experience of a design with both experience in Flash and designing ads for Google AdWords. I require 2 sets of 8 flash ads (total of 16 ads). Set 1 (8 ads) will have a common text message and set 2 (8 ads) will have a separate text message. For the project to be complete, the flash ads will need to be approved by Google AdWords so a knowledge of creating flash ads for AdWords will be valuable as once the ads are complete, I would be keen to successfully upload the ads and close the project out as soon as possible and not be reworking ads with you. Therefore, I am happy to provide a milestone with full project payment. The ads sizes in each set are - 728 x 90, 468 x 60, 200 x 200, 250 x 250, 120 x 600, 160 x 600, 300 x 250 and 336 x 280. For this project, I will provide logo's, images and text messages. Interested bidders are required to upload an example of an animated AdWords banner they have created using the PM system. Bids that don't provide an example AdWords banner will not be considered. Thank you
