I am looking for a senior creative web/graphic designer that is very knowledgeable in CSS, HTML, Photoshop, Web Design, Graphics and familiar with browser compatibility and web site accessibility. I need a artist very skillful in web site design and graphic design to help me improve my site. I am currently working on updating the site and I need help to improve and enhance the sites design. All of the contents should be dynamic. I want a new, fresh, dynamic, wow look. Also, I will need some training in these areas to improve my skills in web and graphic design we can discuss this when you PMB me.
After, the project is completed I would need all source files and maintenance instructions.
I will only respond to bidders that show me quality examples of their work PMB me for more details.

I am seeking original designs only, _Not_ templates.
I also want full ownership of the design upon completion, and all source files are to be transferred to me upon completion.
NO PORTFOLIO or sample work, no response. We are looking for experienced professionals who have been in the design/web arena for many.
Payment Steps.
1.) The first payment will be made once after I select the winner. At this time I will pay the first payment of $50 via Escrow payment system.
2.) The final payment of the $200 will only pay you once after the project is completed 100% and 100% bug free.
3.) Payment Terms: We will use the project escrow option on the GETAFREELANCER.COM. There will not be any partial payments. It is ALL OR NONE. Money will be paid once I am satisfied with all of the above work. Money will not be paid If I am not satisfied with any or all of the work. No Exceptions for our payment terms, project scope, deliverables and also timeline.
