Artistic Talent Needed Long Term

I have an ongoing need for GIFS in the style attached. They are simple in style and share a common design theme throughout. All files returned to me will be 350x250 pixels GIF animations. This will be a regular assignment for someone who has the ability to keep to deadlines. I can pay up to $5 for each GIF. If you are interested in this assignment, you must provide a sample to me via pmb in the SAME general design style/themes as shown in the GIFS I have attached. IMPORTANT: You MUST be able to work to create illustrations from descriptions. You MUST be able to draw the same character styles as the ones in the samples. Please upload a completed GIF via pmb based on the following description: A business woman hands a file to a man. The file has a lock and chain on it to illustrate a secure file. (see [login to view URL] sample attached for an idea of what I am looking for, although this one does not have the lock and chain on the file.) Along with your sample GIF, I also need you to include: 1. Your time frame for returning 20 GIFS to me. I will send orders in batches of 20 so please answer this question carefully since I have deadlines I need to consider on my end. 2. Your assurance that you are a professional who respects deadlines and can meet them. 3. Your charge per 20 GIFS. PLEASE do not exceed $100 per 20. Higher bids will not be considered for this on-going, long-term assignment. However, I will review and consider an increase after three months of working together. 4. Your confirmation that I will own all rights to the copyright of this work for hire. The successful candidate will be given an order for 20 GIFS immediately upon selection. If the work is good and on time, I will have another 20 for you immediately with a monthly need of 40 thereafter. I will consider all payment methods but prefer to pay you with paypal or xoom.com.
