Admin Area added to a Flash Web site

I have a full flash web site which takes information for text areas, images, mp3 and flv files using xml; what is required is someone to convert the xml and create a full advanced admin area using MySQL (the freelancer will not have access to the server or database so a script will be required to place this information). The admin area will have an ability to change login username and password along with the database details when required; it also requires that each page within the flash site can be chosen and updated whenever nessacery for example: Home page – select this section and each area within that page (be it images, mp3, flv or text) can be updated and files uploaded where abdicable. Contact page – Select this section and the email address to recipient can be changed, text boxes, images etc can be updated. The winning bidder will receive the flash file and the xml document. Thanks
