We need someone who can a 5-minute Anime cartoon (in 10 30-second chapters) according to our scripts.
Length of each Anime: 5 minutes.
Number of Anime: Many ongoing projects for the right animator.
Rights: We will receive all rights in the cartoons.
Purpose: To teach English or to teach about the environment.
Characters: Mainly people, with animals and plants sometimes.
Lip sync: Basic lip sync required for more than half of each cartoon.
Voices: We will do the voiceovers.
Type: Any type (probably Flash).
Detail: Must be professional, yet simple - max 2MB each 30 second chapter.
Style: Very funny, cool, funky, creative.
Payment: By GAF, for every 5-minute cartoon.
Please provide a low quote because you will be able to (a) repeat frames; (b) use the same characters again and again; and (c) do many cartoon projects for us if the quality is good.
