Augmented Reality graphics animation film for big LED screen

For one of our outdoor campaign, We need following things :- 1) We shall be putting a large LED screen - 10 feet * 8 feet ( w*h ) outdoor. 2) There will be cameras fitted on the LED screen. And there will be a target area for the public to stand. 3) There will be animation video - graphics - audio - all as per our story design. The concept of the story, animation etc everything will be told. We will provide the necessary shootings. ( please see the bottom of this message for the animation / graphics sequencey -a tentative approach ) 4) We need a programmer / coder / script writer - to suffice all these animations. and give us a complete support in each and everything initially. These will be a recurring type of requirements. PUblic will be gathere often near this vehicle. Public = Who so ever is captured in the cameras / standing in the marked zone 1) A big fighter appears and passes above the public. 2) Flowers are showered upon the public. 3) A Lion comes gracefully and stands in the middle or side of the screen. 4) ON the other side of the screen a big celebrity arrives. Who can be an icon or the MD of the company or any model. 5) Now the celebrity model will give a speech of 20-40 seconds..and it looks as if the celebrity is just standing with the public. Note that our team will give complete photo/video shoot outs / audio recordings etc. Thanks.
