I require a management/ business consultant with the ability to perform in-depth research into a particular area of banking and finance (i.e. transaction banking, remittance).
The scope should cover research on Bank X's activities (spedific to the area mentioned above), their value proposition (i.e pricing), their current business and clients (i.e. local and overseas clients), a detailed competitor analysis, estimated profitibility of Bank X and its closest competitors, a GAP analysis (strategic & competitor), and lastly, a strategic plan/ recommendation to determine potential growth industries/ markets/ countries to expand the business in.
