- We run a monthly survey in which many answers come in the form of open-text responses (1,500 responses total) - We need the open-text responses coded up so that the information can be processed and turned into data tables broken down by respondent age and gender - The work would be scheduled on a monthly basis and we would expect it to take no more than 3 days - Currently, this process is taking too long, as our freelancer has too many other jobs to work through and cannot prioritise our job
