With 6 years of proven experience providing customer service for two different companies and two years teaching experience, I am confident I will be able to finish the job on time. I have demonstrated the ability to effectively handle situations or inquiries while working within policy, procedures and standard operating procedures. I was a technical support and billing agent and with this experience, it allowed me to analyze, prioritize and resolve client requests or issues quickly and effectively. Moreover, I was also a chat support agent assisting customers with basic inquiries and helping them out find items from our website of which I was declared as Top Agent and Top QA performer during my first three months.
