i have an excel spreadsheet that basically works out averages, however i would like turn it into a marketable tool and therefore need to streamline it and make it user friendly. The calculation should when a certain criteria is acheived indicate a physical "positive +" "or negative -" alert. Sample spreadsheet and drawing attached (apologies for drawing standard)

Hello, The PDF seems to calculate only the present day while the spreadsheet shows 20 days. I'm assuming this would be following the PDF example? Also, can you tell me the values to be achieved for each of the background color (#4 in PDF) to show? Looking forward to getting some feedback from you soon. darkwind
