With 5 years working in customer service, sales, and customer support, i develop some marvelous skills as: multitask, commitment, professionalism, and flexibility. For 1 year, i worked in a medical agency as a customer service representative. During 3 years working for Samsung Electronics, I performed as a high technical support representative for Washer, dryer, dishwasher, and then for smart devices like: smart tv and phone. 1 year after, i was promoted as a quality analyst in which i spent 6 months. And then, promoted as a trainer. After 2 years working for the same project, i was nominated supervisor. Now since 2 years working for another campaign (at&t and direct tv) in the same call center, i am working as a manager for the billing and sales department.
Due to my skills and experience, i am the best option for this job.
