Create an excel spreadsheet (product inventory)

I have a spreadsheet with 20,000 products in. (Page 3)
I would like to add a page (Page 1) to the spreadsheet that I can use for doing a stock take.
I.E. I would like to scan the barcode of an item and the whole row of data from page 3 for that item be added to page 2. Then if the product is scanned more than once it will increase the quantity of the row in page 2, even if it is scanned after a few other products have been added.
