Hello there. As of writing, I have a working solution for you for scraping the data written in Python. I propose a batch file and Windows Task Scheduler to handle the daily running and a CSV file for the output, which, can be later imported into the spreadsheet software of your choice. I've had a look at the other bids and I feel like mine is somewhat low. However, given the time I've spent so far and the complexity of the task, I feel like my bid is adequate.
