Healthcare Office looking for a Responsible, Experienced, Mature Professional to handle bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities for a Practice and affiliated businesses. 20 hours per week- IN OUR OFFICE. Candidates should submit resumes. The ideal candidate should have proficiency with QuickBooks. Typical responsibilities include: - Downloading and importing external accounts (banks and credit cards) to QuickBooks -Assigning transactions to correct QuickBooks account -Reconciling Payments from Insurance, Patients, and Third parties to Practice Management Software, QuickBooks, and Bank accounts - Accounts Payable- including preparing checks and making credit card payments -Auditing all CASH trail -Communicating with Accounting firm for monthly reporting and regular maintenance. -Creating Agendas for Corp meetings -Maintaining minutes for Corp meetings -Organizing and preparing documents and statements for External Accountant - Organizing and maintaining receipts and documents to verify expenses
