Just write what you need in microsoft word or even in snapshot of your handwritten request. I will convert everything into excel functions. For the "include previous year", do you mean adding the income for previous year? Start date and end date should be in terms of "dd/mm/yy" or year only? Since you are calculating gross monthly income, I suggest to use months in the calculation. For example, starting date is Feb 2014, ending date is Dec 2014. Then I'm able to generate a function with total income divided by the number of months, in this case is 11 months. for the "additional source", do you need a few rows for record purpose? or you just need one cell to key in one lump sum of extra income? both are feasible.
