Hello, Your project seems to be interesting. I am a Chemical Engineer with a PhD in Chemistry and currently I am a consultant in the Biotech/Nanotech fields. By knowing your final aim I would like to suggest that we may define better the scope, depth and details of your project, in order to have clear goals and a basis for advancement measure. Then define the actual products that you wish to have in each category of your hair care line and finally the customer target segment so as to have an idea of the price bracket of your products. Once we have all this, I can offer you a plan to develop your product line. The plan may include the cost and the time to finish the project or a specific product. The plan will include formulations, methodology to prepare the products, aproximate material costs and manufacturing equipment recommendations. This is what I may offer to you, a Plan. I can't offer you the manufacture of your products. My current bid amount is only to prepare the proposal for your project. The proposal will be based on the information that you provide to me about your aims, and will contain the cost and time to develop such a Plan, which I guess should be posted as a different project afterwards.
