I am looking to create a new, or modify a current, HHO cell controller to pulse high frequency currents through the ground path to an electrolysis device. Here is a link that will explain most of what I am doing, which is free information to be copied, used, built or modified and what the controller needs to do: [login to view URL] I would like to encompass a toroid coil into this as well, if you believe it will have a benefit with the smaller units I make. If there is a toroidal coil, the amperage requirements will not be anywhere near as high as if we pulse straight DC. Mine are twin 6 cell units designed to be run on a charging system for a vehicle. These can be either set up as either 12v or 24v dc. They will be set up primarily in pairs, connected in parallel, but may be used single on smaller applications. Each will have its own circuit breaker to supply power. I would like the ability with a custom controller to be able to have it stable at 60amps. Whether it is a new design, or a modification of Bob's, I need them to be map sensing, and increase amperage by double (up to the stable 60 amps) when positive pressure is applied. Map needs to be able to be set at a baseline via push button, have an input for low water lever shutoff and display, and I would like a display for in the vehicle that will use a standard Ethernet cable. In vehicle display will display amps on digital display, have a power switch, and also display if the unit has a problem, like low water or a power interruption. Here is the one I currently am using for testing, but I don't believe that this person is making them anymore, since I have not been able to get a response from him. I do like these units, but wanted to get them modified by him to use a map sensor and hold more amperage. Modification of these would be sufficient as well. I have these in stock. Thank you.
Hello
I am an Electronics and communication engineer and I am interested in your project. I have lots of experience in handling HHO systems in the past. I have designed my own HHO generator with max consumption of 30A with a digital control system for my car. contact me over chat for more details.

Hi
So you want to run a water powered car, and for that you need the control electronics. I see that the original was built around FETs
Now that we are on it, you also want to set baseline maps. You used a Pulse width modulator for that previously.
I am interested in doing this. My thoughts are that we use analog electronics, which are more reliable in higher power, and cause less cross channel interference. We can connect things to a 433 MHz transmitter, and download them via a modulator in a standard ethernet port.
let me know more in chat.
